Faculty Development Workshop on "HR Analytics"

Faculty of Management Sciences-UW organized a Faculty Development Workshop titled "HR Analytics" on 31 August 2023, to foster a conducive atmosphere for the exchange of knowledge and ideas related to HR Analytics. Dr. Osman Sadiq Paracha, Chairperson, Department of Management Sciences, was the resource person for this training workshop. The workshop covered a diverse range of topics, including HR analytics, its significance in modern HR practices, data-driven decision-making, and practical applications within organizations. The event was attended by faculty members from the Faculty of Management, equipping them with valuable insights and skills highly beneficial for their academic and professional pursuits.
